How It Works

Step 1: Tell Us What You Need

Describe the vehicle, machine or part you're looking for — make, model, budget, and any specific requirements — or browse our current stock listings directly. You can reach us via WhatsApp, our enquiry form, or by phone. There's no obligation at this stage; it simply starts the search so we know exactly what to look for on your behalf.

Step 2: Review the Options

Once we understand your requirements, we search trusted UK sources — auctions, dealers, and private sellers — to find suitable matches. For each option, we send you photos, a video walk-around, and key specifications, so you can compare choices without needing to be in the UK yourself. We're happy to source multiple options if you want to compare before deciding.

Step 3: We Inspect It in Person

Before you commit to anything, we carry out a physical inspection of the vehicle or machinery ourselves. This means checking condition, verifying it matches what was advertised, and flagging any issues honestly — wear, damage, or anything that affects value — so you have accurate information before making a decision, not just a seller's description.

Step 4: You Confirm, We Ship

Once you're happy to proceed, a deposit secures the item. From there, we coordinate full transport logistics to Zimbabwe — arranging shipping, handling export documentation, and keeping you updated at each stage. Typical transit time to Harare is approximately 6 weeks, though this can vary depending on shipping schedules and customs processing.

Step 5: Collection in Harare

Once your vehicle or machinery arrives, it's ready for collection or onward delivery within Zimbabwe. We'll confirm arrival with you directly and advise on next steps for collection, including any documentation you'll need to have on hand.
